User Agreement
Acceptance of Terms

Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Users consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver.
